SPRITE | BIG TASTE CUTS THROUGH 

Everyone know Sprite is a cool, crisp, refreshing, lemon-lime soda. But few people think about what that all adds up to. It is simple - the best tasting soda you can get. And what can the best tasting soda do? Cut through thirst unlike any other beverage in the world. With this campaign, our goal was to tell that story, showing beverage drinkers everywhere that no beverage cuts through thirst like Sprite. 

We enlisted the help of Sprite’s biggest asset, LeBron James, to help us do it. To hero Sprite, we turned LeBron James into a literal personification of Sprite, a major-league closer named Big Taste.  If there is one thing Big Taste knows about, it’s staying cold when things get heated. In any hot situation like thirst, Big Taste cuts through with a victory. In the spot, Big Taste teams with his catcher, Ice-Ya, played by up-and-coming hip-hop artist Kamaiyah, to strike out dangerous batter, Thirst, to bring fans to their feet in thirst quenching relief. The result of this spot is a light-hearted continuation of Wanna Sprite and a fun reminder of the big cut through taste that a cool, crisp, refreshing, lemon-lime Sprite brings with every sip.
